If our AI can't find an SDS, we automatically email the supplier on your behalf to request it. If that doesn't work, our team personally intervenes to source the document. You're never responsible for getting SDS documents — that's our job. You can upload one if you want, but you never have to.
How long does the SDS retrieval take?
Most SDS documents are found and attached within minutes. For less common products, our system searches hourly until it finds the correct document. You'll see the status in your materials list.
Can my team use the app too?
