Pricing Questions
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Download the app, create your account, and choose a plan to start your 30-day free trial. Both the App Store and Google Play require a payment method, but you won't be charged during the trial. After 30 days, your chosen plan continues automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the app. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you downgrade, excess sites/users will become inactive until you're within your new plan limits.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes! Annual plans are priced at 10 months instead of 12, giving you 2 months free. It's billed as a single payment for the year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through the App Store and Google Play.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this time, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we offer 20% off for registered non-profit organisations and educational institutions. Contact us with proof of your non-profit status to receive your discount code.
