Pricing Questions
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Create your account online (or download the app), choose a plan, and start your 30-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup — either a card via Stripe (for website subscriptions) or an App Store / Google Play payment method (for in-app subscriptions). You won't be charged during the trial. After 30 days, your chosen plan continues automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends (at least 24 hours before, for in-app subscriptions).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Subscription in the app, or from your account portal at account.myhazmate.com.au. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you downgrade, excess sites and users will become inactive until you're within your new plan limits.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes! Annual plans are priced at 10 months instead of 12, giving you 2 months free. It's billed as a single payment for the year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Website subscriptions are paid by card, billed by AI Experts Pty Ltd. In-app subscriptions use the payment method on your Apple ID or Google Play account. Enterprise customers are billed annually by direct invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no lock-in contracts. Cancel your website subscription at any time on your account portal; cancel in-app subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this time, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we offer 20% off our standard plans (Starter, Pro, Growth, Scale) for registered non-profit organisations and educational institutions. For Enterprise plans, please contact us for more info. Get in touch with proof of your non-profit status to receive your discount code.
