Who Enterprise is for
Multi-site operators (5+ sites), teams with 25+ users, groups running across multiple states or business units, and procurement-driven buyers who need annual invoicing and a named account manager on our end. If Scale isn't quite the right shape for you, this is.
What Enterprise includes
Everything in the Scale plan, plus the pieces below. Web Portal is available as a separately-priced add-on so you only pay for it if you need it.
Custom site & user limits
Site count, user count and material count are all set per-account. No arbitrary caps — we agree the shape at signup.
SDS PDF downloads always on
Direct PDF download of any SDS in your register — not a yearly-cycle add-on like Growth or Scale. Included for Enterprise regardless of billing cycle.
Web Portal available as an add-on
The full MyHazMate web portal (register, materials, sites, manifest tools) is optional for Enterprise — added as a separately-priced line item on your annual invoice if you want it, skipped if you don't.
Dedicated account manager
A named human on our side who answers your emails, coordinates changes, and knows your account. No general support queue for Enterprise contacts.
Volume pricing
Pricing is negotiated per-account against your site + user count, not read off a public price card. Multi-year terms available.
Annual invoicing
We invoice you annually via AI Experts Pty Ltd (ABN 84 684 700 892). Pay by EFT or card.

Contracting entity
AI Experts Pty Ltd — ABN 84 684 700 892, registered in Australia, GST-registered. All invoices, contracts and refunds go through this entity.
Data location
Primary customer records (your register, sites, users, activity log) are held in an Australian-region Supabase Postgres database. Row-level security enforces per-company isolation.
Encryption
TLS in transit for every request. AES-256 at rest for the database and the SDS file store. Passwords are hashed with SHA-256, never stored in plaintext.
